Songs By Theme…
There are so many worship songs, we will likely never hear or learn all of them. There is value is using both familiar, timeless songs and new songs in worship. You’ll find a collection of playlists below of songs for specific days in the church calendar as well as a variety of topics. These are songs that have worked well for the congregations I have led. The playlists are geared towards worship leaders and directors who are looking for a starting point for modern worship songs and modern hymn arrangements, since there are many other databases for searching hymns and choir anthems by theme. You can check out some of those databases on my Websites page. I hope you find songs ideas here that you and your congregation will love in every season of the church year! Note: As you browse songs, keep in mind that some recording arrangements and/or keys may not be the best for your church or team, and that’s ok! If you find a song you like, I encourage you to browse multiple recordings to see which one is the best fit for your church. If you or a team member need to hear a recording in a different key, I recommend using the Chrome extension called Transpose to change the pitch of YouTube videos.
